The property was originally built as a warehouse for the printing and bookbinding department of Novello Music Publishers. In 1906, the same architect erected the Guildhall-style front building on Wardour Street for the publishing side of the Novello business. The property’s illustrious past has been respected in its refurbishment in 2014 and provides one of the largest office floors in a warehouse-style building in Soho.
