Global Holdings Management Group is an international alliance of real estate asset management and investment advisory companies operating across the United States, United Kingdom and Europe. We exclusively develop, advise and manage the real estate assets of Global Holdings Group – which was founded by its Chairman Eyal Ofer – across its residential, commercial and hotel portfolios in these geographies. The current portfolio we manage consists of over 10 million square feet of real estate, comprising over 120 properties and over 1,500 hotel rooms. Our portfolios in the United States, United Kingdom and Europe include a mix of leased, third party-managed and self-managed properties, providing unparalleled experiences for our international guests.
Global Holdings Group believes in investing in special properties in key gateway cities. We manage a portfolio of office buildings across the United States, United Kingdom and Europe, with a focus on New York City, Central London and Amsterdam. We manage over 6 million square feet of office space spanning modern skyscrapers to warehouse conversions from the Victorian era. In addition, the partnership between Global Holdings Group and Miller Properties manages over 1 million square feet of purchased and developed office space around the United States.
