Anagram Gowanus, located at 450 Union Street along the Gowanus Canal, is a 158-unit luxury, mixed-use development in Brooklyn, New York. This new, ground up development will contain approximately 22K SF of retail / commercial space, a portion of which will be set aside for community and art studio space. The building will include a waterfront esplanade that will connect with other waterfront esplanade's along the canal and will be accessible to the public for use.
