120 Park Avenue

Constructed in 1981, 120 Park is a Class A office building that offers direct access to Grand Central Terminal. Originally developed as the urban campus for Philip Morris, the building was acquired vacant in 2008 and has since undergone capital improvements including a comprehensive window enhancement and creation of a double-height, open air loggia on floors five and six.
