Hotel Park Ave

The hotel (formerly known as the Mondrian Park Avenue), features 190 guest rooms including nine suites and space for three restaurants and bars including one at ground level, a rooftop terrace the 15th floor, and below ground bar. In November of 2024, the hotel was relaunched as the independent Hotel Park Ave, part of Lore Group, and will undergo rolling upgrades and refurbishments while remaining open for guests. The hotel’s irreplaceable location offers convenient access to of New York’s most prominent landmarks, restaurants, retailers and attractions.
