Kith inks lease at 25 Kent
Fashion brand Kith has signed a 57,679-square-foot manufacturing lease at 25 Kent Avenue in Williamsburg. Construction was completed in July “on spec”, and still hasn’t landed any office tenants. The project has been in the works since 2013 and was developed by Rubenstein Partners and Heritage Equity Partners.

Amazon Music is coming to Brooklyn’s office market
Amazon Music has signed a new lease in Brooklyn, the company’s latest expansion in New York’s office market. The company signed a lease for 40,000 square feet at Rubenstein Partners and Heritage Equity Partners’ 25 Kent Avenue in Williamsburg, according to Business Insider.

25 Kent Avenue Completes Construction In Williamsburg, Brooklyn
25 Kent Avenue in North Williamsburg, Brooklyn is designed by Hollwich Kushner with Gensler as the design development architect. The eight-story building features a distinctive stepped massing and spans an entire city block, yielding half a million square feet of office space with 15-foot ceilings. The project is developed by Rubenstein Partners and Heritage Equity Partners, who are continuing to fill the property and aim for full occupancy by the middle of 2021. 25 Kent Avenue is the first commercial office building to be constructed in the area in more than 40 years.

Keller Williams leaves Tribeca for office at 99 Park
Keller Williams New York City is moving its offices uptown, closing a turbulent chapter for the franchise brokerage. The residential firm said it will occupy more than 20,000 square feet at 99 Park Avenue in Midtown. At 99 Park, KWNYC said it signed a 3.5-year sublease with Gould Paper Corp., which leased the space from owner Eyal Ofer’s Global Holdings.

Full demolition permits have been filed for a couple of buildings at 1841 and 1845 Broadway on the Upper West Side of Manhattan. Both sites are owned by Global Holdings Management Group, which filed building permits for a 24-story mixed-use building at the 1841 Broadway address last December.
