    Construction is now complete on 180 East 88th Street, a 50-story residential tower and the tallest building on the Upper East Side above 72nd Street. Designed and developed by DDG with HTO Architects as the architect of record, the 100,242-square-foot structure yields 48 half- and full-floor homes, averaging 2,088 square feet apiece.  Global Holdings Management is also part of the development team for the project, which is located along Third Avenue between East 87th and 88th Streets, directly across from a Whole Foods Market and a short walk from the 86th Street station, servicing the 4, 5, and 6 trains.

The seller of the 50-story luxury apartment tower at 10 East 29th Street was the Los Angeles County Employees’ Retirement Association, which was advised by Invesco Real Estate.

    Demolition is continuing at 1841 and 1845 Broadway on Manhattan’s Upper West Side, where a 24-story mixed-use building is planned to rise. Scaffolding and black netting completely shroud 1841 Broadway, and it appears that the neighboring structure at 1845 Broadway has been partially razed. Both properties are owned by Global Holdings Management Group and Ancora Engineering is listed as the applicant of record on demolition permits, which were filed late last year.

  • Façade Work For 180 East 88th Street Nears Completion On The Upper East Side

    Exterior work is nearing completion at 180 East 88th Street, the tallest structure on the Upper East Side above 72nd Street. DDG is the designer and principal developer of the 31-story residential skyscraper, for which HTO Architects is serving as the architect of record and Global Holdings Management is also developing. Petersen Tegl, a Denmark-based firm, is in charge of putting together the thin Kolumba masonry bricks in the gray-colored façade.
